Analisis Kapasitas Dan Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan Nasional Ruas Simpang Lago – Pematang Reba Sepanjang 130,90 Km

ABSTRACT
Simpang Lago - Pematang Reba is a road network system that belongs to the type
of out of town road. Service level is used to express the quality of service provided
by a road under certain conditions. The level of service describes whether the road
segment has a capacity problem or not. Changes in the level of service to the
available capacity can it still maintain the road service level under category E.
Data calculations are carried out according to the stages of the 1997 Indonesian
Highway Capacity Manual. Analysis is carried out by calculating all existing stages
to be able to have a ratio value of volume to capacity ratio each road segment. The
analysis uses the value of vehicle volume growth of 4,83% based on MDP and
3.19% based on historical data. Segment 19, namely Sta 10+000 – Sta 18+000,
Batas. Inhu – Simpang Japura Intersection road section already requires treatment
in 2021 with a degree of saturation value of 0,86. Segment 8, namely Sta 27+400 –
Sta 27+900 Simpang Lago - Sorek 1 road section with a degree of saturation value
of 0,82 indicates the level of service for this segment is still below the minimum
value, so it does not require handling until 2038. The value of the ratio of the degree
of saturation increases means the worsening level of service for each segment.
Overall this road section can be improved in 2021 – 2038 by reviewing the needs
and service levels of each segment.
