Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android Menggunakan Aplikasi Instagram Pada Materi Ikatan Kimia Untuk Kelas X SMA/Ma Sederajat

This study aims to develop android-based learning media using the Instagram application on chemical bonding materials for class X SMA / MA Equivalent. The method used in this research is the research and development method or R&D with the Plomp model consisting of 5 phases; initial investigation phase, design phase, realization/construction phase, validation phase, trial and revision and implementation phase but in this study only up to the validation, trial and revision phases. The data collection instruments used are validation sheets and user response questionnaires. Validation was carried out by 3 validators with the average score of material validator assessment of 96.04% and media validators of 97.5% with very valid categories. The results of the limited trial questionnaire of 2 chemistry teachers obtained a percentage of 96.66% and an assessment by 20 students of 83.74% with very good criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that android-based learning media using the Instagram application is worth using in learning.
