Pengembangan E-Modul Berbasis Socio-Scientific Issues (Ssi) Menggunakan Flip Pdf Professional Pada Materi Asam Basa Kelas XI SMA/Ma Sederajat

This development research aims to produce SSI (Socio-Scientific
Issues) based E-modules using Flip PDF Professional on valid acid-base
materials for class XI SMA/MA equivalent and to know the user's response to SSIbased
E-modules. The type of research used in the development of this E-module
is Research and Development research with a 4-D development model. The
instruments used in this study were validation sheets and user response
questionnaires. Validation was carried out by 3 validators and user response
sheets were given to 2 chemistry teachers and 20 students. The results showed
that the SSI-based E-module using Flip PDF Professional was declared valid by
the material and media expert validator based on content feasibility, SSI
characteristics, presentation, grammar, graphics, appearance and use of the
software. The trial was conducted at two high schools in Pekanbaru with very
good response criteria with a score of 91.98% for teachers and 83.79% for
students respectively. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the
SSI-based E-module using Flip PDF Professional on acid-base material is
feasible and valid to be used as teaching material in the learning process.
