ABSTRACT
Digitalization of public services brings many changes, especially in governance. The Pekanbaru City Government has made the pekanbaru dalam genggaman application to answer the challenges in this digitalization era. However, in its use, there are problems where there is still information that cannot be accessed by the public because of the error menu feature, this is the impact of digitization that can be seen through the digital model of the governance era. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the digitalization of public services in the city of Pekanbaru on the pekanbaru dalam genggaman application of the Digital Era Governance Review and the supporting and inhibiting factors. The theory used in this research is Digital Era Governance by Margaret & Dunleavy (2006). Using qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis. And the data needed is primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation analyzed by researchers. The results of the study show that the digitization of public services in Pekanbaru City on the pekanbaru dalam genggaman application in the digital review of the governance era can be concluded to have entered the pre-digitalization stage. It can be seen that the pekanbaru dalam genggaman application has fulfilled the components of digitalization in governance in the digital era governance model which can be seen from 3 perspectives according to Margareth and Dunleavy's theory, namely reintegration, need-based holism, and digitalization change. The supporting factors for digitizing public services in Pekanbaru City through the pekanbaru dalam genggaman application, namely, leadership commitment and regulation. The inhibiting factors for digitizing public services in Pekanbaru City through the pekanbaru dalam genggaman application are facilities and infrastructure, coordination in updating menus/application features and socialization.
