Analisis Kerusakan Jalan Taman Karya Kota Pekanbaru Dengan Metode Surface Distress Index (Sdi)

ABSTRACT Road damage is one of the things that must be addressed at this time, one of which is on the street Karya road in Pekanbaru City with the total length of the road being 1,800 meters and the road width being 6 meters, making it uncomfortable for motorists who pass through the road so repairs are needed on the road starting by knowing the types of damage that exist. The aim of this research is to determine the types of damage to street Taman Karya Pekanbaru City STA 0+000 to STA 1+800 and determine the value of the condition of the road pavement using the Surface Distress Index (SDI) method. From the results of the damage analysis, the types of damage found on street Taman Karya Pekanbaru City STA 0+000 to 1+800 were obtained, where according to the SDI method there were 4 elements of damage, namely the overall crack area percentage obtained was 41.91%, on average the crack width was 242.2 mm, the number of holes was 129, and the average depth of the ruts was 39.9 mm. SDI calculations for road conditions are obtained at STA 0+000-STA 0+100,STA 00+400-STA 1+100,STA 1+200-STA 1+500 are in good condition, STA 0+100-STA 0+400, STA 1+100-STA 1+200 are in moderate conditions. STA 1+500-STA 1+600 is in a condition of light damage.
