This research aims to produce an E-Pocket Book of secondary metabolite compounds. This research is a type of research and development or R&D using the 4-D model which consists of 4 stages, but this research is only limited to the development stage. The results of the research conducted in the form of a valid and practical e-pocket book on secondary metabolite compound material presented in an online form that can be used as a learning resource both independently and in the learning process in the classroom. The validity aspect is determined from the validator's assessment and the practicality aspect is determined from the responses of lecturers and students to this e-module. The results for the validity aspect of the e-module were declared very valid with a presentation of 98.785%. The research results on the practicality aspect of the e-module received a very good response from lecturers with a presentation of 90.625% and very good from students with a presentation of 84.82%. These results indicate that the developed e-pocket book of secondary metabolite compounds is valid and practical to be used as an alternative teaching material in the learning process.
