Pengaruh Religious Commitment, Halal Knowledge Dan Country Of Origin Terhadap Purchase Decision Dan Satisfaction Dalam Membeli Makanan Kemasan
This research aims to determine the direct effect of religious commitment, halal knowledge and country of origin on purchase decision and satisfaction in buying packaged food and analyze the indirect effect of religious commitment, halal knowledge and country of origin on purchase decision and satisfaction in buying packaged food. The population in this study were people in Pekanbaru who bought and consumed an unknown number of packaged food products with a sample size of 125 respondents. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study is SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that religious commitment, halal knowledge and country of origin have an effect on purchase decision. Purchase decision affects satisfaction, religious commitment, halal knowledge, and country of origin affect satisfaction through purchase decision.
