ABSTRACT
A web-based construction project management system was developed to assist in the management of construction projects. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with prototype development method. This application is designed to facilitate project management in monitoring, reporting progress and bookkeeping of construction projects. Testing is done in two ways, namely blackbox testing to ensure system functionality according to user needs, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to test the level of user satisfaction with the system that has been developed. The test results show that the application can help in carrying out construction project management.
