Employee performance plays an important role in achieving long-term success of PT. Riau Media Television Pekanbaru in the competitive media industry. Employee performance of PT. Riau Media Television Pekanbaru is influenced by several things such as competence and work facilities. In order for employee performance to continue to increase, employees must have good competence. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence and work facilities on employee performance at PT. Riau Media Television Pekanbaru. This study had 64 respondents who were the total of all employees at PT. Riau Media Television Pekanbaru. This study used the Census or Total Sampling sampling technique. This study used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regressions, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2). The results of this study indicate that competence and work facilities have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT. Riau Media Television Pekanbaru.
