Efektivitas Pelayanan Upt Samsat Pekanbaru Kota Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Tahunan Berbasis Drive Thru Tahun 2023-2024
The government is the organizer of providing public services with a democratic system, which means from the people, by the people and for the people. Public services provided by the Riau Provincial Government together with Pekanbaru City Samsat UPT which is under the auspices of the Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency must provide effective public services. This research is oriented to analyze the effectiveness of Pekanbaru City UPT Samsat services in implementing annual Drive Thru based motor vehicle tax payments for 2023-2024.
The type of data used in this research is primary data which was measured through interviews with UPT SAMSAT Pekanljaru City staff and Tax Deputy. The data analysis techniques applied are data presentation, data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The theory used as the basis for this research is the Service Effectiveness Theory which was theorized by Gibson and Makmur. In this theory, Gibson and Makmur explain that the assessment of service effectiveness is Productivity, Efficiency, Flexibility, Excellence, Development and Satisfaction.
In this research, it was found that the actual number of taxpayers paying annual taxes at the Pekanbaru City Revenue Management UPT in 2023 was 225,525 units. Meanwhile, in terms of annual tax payments, only 7,659 people pay annual tax on the Samsat Drive Thru service. After one year, payment implementation activities taxes have increased, where in 2024 the number of Taxpayers will increase to 17,967 units with a nominal PKB worth 19,428,086,282. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the Pekanbaru City Revenue Management UPT in providing annual motor vehicle tax payment services through Samsat Drive The Pekanbaru City has been effective.
