To strengthen these networks, managers use norms to regulate behavior in accordance with established agreements, with the norms applied being informal or unwritten. To further reinforce networks and norms, trust is utilized.Supporting factors for the utilization of social capital in the network element include open communication, institutionalized norms, familial ties, and the possession of a tourism certificate. In the norm element, supporting factors include trust, social bonds, and mutual agreements. In the trust element, supporting factors consist of shared positive experiences, financial transparency, communication within the network, and monthly deliberative meetings.
