Pengaruh Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Knowledge Sharing Pegawai Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Kota Padang Panjang

The Communication and Informatics Agency (Kominfo) of Padang Panjang City is a government institution engaged in the fields of information and communication, which is required to have an effective Knowledge Sharing system to enhance work efficiency and innovation in public service delivery. This study aims to analyze the influence of the organizational communication climate on Knowledge Sharing on employee of the Kominfo Agency in Padang Panjang City.
A quantitative explanatory approach was employed, utilizing a survey method with a questionnaire as the primary instrument. The research sample consisted of
53 respondents selected through non-probability sampling using a saturated sample or census technique. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the aid of SPSS for Windows version 29.
The results indicate a significant influence of organizational communication climate on employee Knowledge Sharing. The obtained regression equation is Y = 3.733 + 0.452X, with a significance level of
