Pengaruh Digital Marketing Dan Variasi Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Almeeraakyla Pekanbaru
Fast fashion is growing rapidly due to high demand and rapidly changing trends, especially in the field of footwear so that companies must be able to adapt to changes including the Almeeraakyla Pekanbaru store. This study examines the impact of digital marketing and product variations on customer satisfaction of Almeeraakyla Pekanbaru, using quantitative methods and involving 96 respondents who have bought twice online. The research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to Almeeraakyla Pekanbaru consumers using purposive sampling technique in non-probability sampling method. The research findings reveal that digital marketing and product variety have a positive and significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis shows that digital marketing and product variety partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination is 67.6%, while 32.4% is influenced by other factors outside the study. These findings are useful for Almeeraakyla management in designing more effective marketing strategies.
