Rancang Bangun Sistem Pemantauan Proyek Perusahaan Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Prototype

ABSTRACT
EMP Bentu Ltd – EMP Korinci Baru Ltd is an entity engaged in the energy sector, particularly in natural gas, and is currently carrying out various important projects on-site. In monitoring the progress of these projects, the company still relies on WhatsApp and email, which leads to difficulties in tracking progress, risks of miscommunication, and scattered documentation. This research aims to design and develop a web-based project monitoring application to support a more centralized, structured, and real-time supervision process. The method used is the Prototype model, in which development begins with designing, followed by prototyping, evaluation, and refinement according to user needs. The resulting application provides features for recording project phases and activities, vendor reporting, progress charts, a Gantt calendar, and daily report approval workflows. With the implementation of this application, the monitoring process can run more efficiently, accurately, and be accessed more easily in real time. It is expected that this application will support faster and more precise decision-making.
