This research is based on the purpose of analyzing the form and function of Habib Ja‟far‟s illocution speech act in the Log In event at Close The Door on Deddy Corbuzier‟s youtube channel. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study is the look and record technique. The data analysis technique that can be carried out in this study is to collect data in the form of Habib Ja‟far‟s speech in the Log In event at Close The Door on Deddy Corbuzier‟s youtube channel which is included in the act of illocution speech, classify speech based on the form and function of illocution speech, describe speech data that has been classified based on the form and function of illocution speech. Based on this description, it can be concluded that in this study the form of illocution speech and the function of illocution speech are found. The form of illocution speech was found in 106 data. Assertive speech forms were found with 40 data, directive forms were found with 13 data, commissive forms were found with 11 data, expressive forms were found with 14 data and declarative forms were found with 28 data. Speech containing the function of illocution speech was found in 36 data. The competitive speech function was found with 23 data, the convivial speech function was found with 14 data, the collaborative speech function was found with 63 data and the conflictual speech function was found with six data.
