Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Akses Permodalan, Dan Perilaku Keuan Gan Ter Ha Dap K Inerja Perusahaan Dengan Financial Technology Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Pada Usaha Mikro Dan Kecil Di Kota Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, capital access, and
financial behaviour on company performance with financial technology as a
moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this
study were micro and small businesses in Pekanbaru City. Sampling using
purposive sampling with the Lemeshow formula so that 100 samples were obtained.
The data of this study are primary data obtained from respondents who have used
financial technology through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with SmartPLS
4.0. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy and financial behaviour
have a positive and significant effect on company performance, but capital access
does not affect company performance. The results of moderation indicate that
financial technology cannot moderate the effect of financial literacy and capital
access on company performance, but financial technology moderates (weakens) the
effect of financial behaviour on company performance. This study provides input
for the government to be able to provide training programs on effective financial
management, risk management, and wise financial decision-making that not only
focus on theory, but also on practices that are relevant to the needs of micro and
small business actors in Pekanbaru City.
