EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) BERBANTUAN MEDIA WORDWALL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI SMA KATOLIK 2 KABANJAHE
Abstract
This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by Wordwall media in improving student learning outcomes in economics subjects at SMA Katolik 2 Kabanjahe. Innovation in selecting a more interactive and enjoyable learning model is the main idea in this study. The TGT model combined with Wordwall media is believed to be able to encourage active participation and collaboration between students through technology-based educational games, so that the learning atmosphere becomes more interesting and competitive. The study used a pre-experimental design with the One Group Pre-test Post-test Design approach on class X-4 students as a sample. Data were collected through observation and testing, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, hypothesis testing and n-gain test. The pre-test results showed an average score of 51.14, while the post-test increased to 87.28. The gain value of 0.76 is in the high category (0.7
