Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Kompensasi Rugi Fiskal Terhadap Tax Avoidance (Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia - Tahun 2012-2015)

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of good corporate governance, leverage, company size and compensation for loss of fiscal against tax evasion. The sample of this research is taken from manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 until 2015. Type of data used was secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id or corporate website. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained data of 160 samples which then analyzed by using SPSS 21,0. Data were analyzed to test the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis approach. Based on the test results obtained significance value of 0.158> 0.05 which means H1 rejected. The second test result shows the significance value of 0.232> 0.05 means H2 is rejected. The third test result with a significance value of 0.03
