The development of technology has now touched every aspect of human life and the development of information systems. The informatian has also been made in the world of education, nearly all schools to advanced technology in data processing schools, one of the information is very important to teaching and learning in schools, the payments of the contribution development of education (SPP) support. SPP payments are mandatory contribution each month to be paid by the students at the school. At SMK Dwi Sejahtera Pekanbaru administrative system for the payment of SPP, which is today said to be less efficiently and effectively are, all processes are still done manually which still refer to the documents files or archive, and yet the right storage media. Therefore, it is necessary to simplify the study of information systems administration and to accelerate the payment of administrative services payments SPP. Making this information using Visual Basic.NET and MySQL as database, whereas its design using System Flowchart, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (entity relationship diagram).
