Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Crude Palm Oil Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Studi Kasus Pt Hutahean Teluksono)

The purpose of this research is to know how the effect of the factors of production raw material, workforce and machine on crude palm oil production in PT Hutahean Teluksono and to find out the dominant variable of crude palm production in PT Hutahean Teluksono. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collections techniques were conducted based on interviews and documentary studies of document owned by PT Hutahean Teluksono that can be used in this research and the method used in this research are multiple regression analysis method and clssical assumption test with SPSS 19.0 tool. The result of the research show that factors of production raw material, workforce, and machine simultaneously have a positive value and significant influence on crude palm oil production in PT Hutahean Teluksono, while partially, the factors of production raw material, workforce, and machine also has positife value and significant influence on crude palm oil in PT Hutahean Teluksono.
