This research was conducted in Sungai Tohor Village of Tebing Tinggi Timur District of Kepulauan Meranti regency of Riau province. This research was conducted in October 2016. The aims of this research is to determine how big the influence of capital, labor, and raw materials on the production of wet sago refinery and the dominant factor in influencing the production of wet sago refinery in Sungai Tohor Village of Tebing Tinggi Timur District of Kepulauan Meranti regency.This research uses primary data which obtained directly from respondents of entrepreneurs of wet sago refinery Sungai Tohor Village of Tebing Tinggi Timur District of kepulauan Meranti regency. The population of wet sago refinery that used in this research is amounted 14 wet sago refineries and secondary data obtained from the Forestry and Estate Crops Office of kepulauan Meranti regency, and the office of Tebing Tinggi Timur district. The Technique of collecting data is directly came to wet sago refinery sungai Tohor Village of Tebing Tinggi Timur district of kepulauan Meranti regency with interview.The Method of data analysis in this research is descriptive and quantitative method by using multiple linear regression model premises aid with Program SPSS for Windows Version 24.0. where capital, labor, and raw materials as independent variables X1. X2 and X3 with the dependent variable Y production is Production of Wet sago Refinery.From the results of research calculations is obtained that coefficient value of each independent variable that is coefficient X1 (capital) of 0,920, coefficient value X2 (labor) of 0,665 and coefficient X3 (raw material) of 0.009.
