Analisis Faktor- Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Kecil Di Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Produk Kue Kering)
Pekanbaru as a city that has a high business climate also has a small industry business development were quite good. Small industrial products Pekanbaru City began to be able to compete in the market. In fact, quality has been recognized and is eligible to compete in export levels. This study aimed to determine the effect of capital, labor, raw materials and technology to small industrial pastries in Pekanbaru. Research conducted including descriptive quantitative research using the technique of multiple regression analysis and use of data in the primary and secondary data from the survey. Data were collected through questionnaires. Then do the methods that include the classical assumption, hypothesis testing, t test and F-test, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), to analyze the data using SPSS software version 21. Results of t test (partial) showed that the independent variables, namely capital, labor, raw materials, and technology positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (the production of pastries) in Pekanbaru, with each regression coefficient of 0.222 for the capital, 0,311 for labor, raw material and 0.304 to 0.346 for the technology. Simultaneously through F test, all independent variables significantly influence the production of pastries with F count (110.619)> F table (3.259) with Sig. (0,000)
