Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Dan Komitmen Karyawan Pada Pt. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Pekanbaru
This research was being done at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) in Pekanbaru. The study aims to determine the effect of the job satisfaction and organization culture partially to employees motivation and commitment at PT. Pos Indonesia (perssero) in Pekanbaru.
The research population was taken from 163 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) in Pekanbaru, with the sample of 116 corespondens. The sample was taken by using Strafied Random Sampling that took a sample by a random process of chosen from a whole population. The analysis method that being used on this research is by using Path Analysis with the help of SPSS Program 21st Version.
The result of this research explains that the direct effect between the job satisfaction towards motivation is as much as 0,217, the direct effect between the job satisfaction towards employees commitmen is as much as 0,343 and the indirect effect on the job satisfaction towards commitment throught motivation as much is as 0,064. The direct effect between the organization culture towards motivation is as much as 0,751, the direct effect between theorganization culture towards commitment as much is as 0,349 and indirect effect on organization culture towards commitmen through motivation is as much as 0,221 where the direct effect of motivation towards employees commitment is as much as 0,295. This could conclude that the job satisfaction and organization culture do effect employees motivation and commitment at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) in Pekanbaru.
