Quality of service which not yet adequate represent a problems which often faced by organization in its effort to increase advantage to reach. Problem of service kuaitas closely related with attainment of organizational target, because quality of given service officer represent one of the primary factor to organization in reaching target which have been specified. Disability of organization in effort to increase the quality of service from all its officer represent a constraint faced by each every organization especially to Duty UPT Earnings Of Area Pekanbaru Town.
Target of this research is to see influence of motivation and ability work to quality of service of officer On Duty UPT Earnings Of Area Pekanbaru Town. Population in this research amount to 60 officer or people. While technique intake of sampel that is by using census method. thereby known by the amount of sampel counted 60 people.Analisis of data use doubled linear regression method with program of SPSS 18. Pursuant to result of research known that motivation and ability work by parsial and simultan have an effect on signifikan to quality of service of officer On Duty UPT Earnings Of Area Pekanbaru Town
