Analisis Pengaruh Free Cash Flow, Profitabilitas Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Abnormal Return Dengan Variabel Income Smoothing Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Perusahaan Yang Listing Di Daftar Efek Syariah Tahun 2010-2014 (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Sektor Property Dan Real Estate)

This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow, profitability, and company size against the abnormal return with income smoothing variable as an intervening variable on property and real estate companies listed in the List of Sharia Securities in 2010-2014.
The sample in this research is obtained by using purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria that have been determined, then there are 30 samples that meet the criteria to sample research during period 2010-2014. Then, hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis (Path Analysis), which previously been done the data normality test.
The results showed that free cash flow has no significant effect on income smoothing and abnormal return. On the contrary profitabillity affects income smoothing and abnormal return. While for the size of the company only affect the income smoothing but not affect the anormal return. For path analysis, variable income smoothing unable to mediate the influence of free cash flow and profitability against abnormal return. Meanwhile, company size has an effect on to abnormal return with income smoothing as mediation.
