This thesis discusses the creation of ICT Equipment Loan Information Systems Laboratory at the Department of computer engineering and networks SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The creation of this information system aims to help the process of borrowing the equipment Employed in the laboratory of computer and network SMK Negeri 4 Pekabaru. The creation of this information system using programming languages html and php, as well as using Mysql as the database. While the perancangannya using the flowchart, diagrams, diagrams tiered context, Data Flow diagrams, data dictionaries, E-R diagram (Entity Relationship). This help information systems process data equipment loan repayment data and making report.
