This final project discusses Charging Information System Guest Book at the Department of Communications and Information Technology Riau Province . Charging Guest Book at the Department of Communications and Information Technology Riau province are still using Microsoft Office applications ( Word & Excel ) and a notebook so that the data generated are less effective . It is necessary for the charging information system guest book . This system can facilitate employees to manage guest data daily, monthly and yearly . The information systems using programming language HTML , PHP and MySQL as a database . To design the system using a flowchart , diagram context , tiered diagram ( Hirarchy Chart ) , DFD ( Data Flow Diagram ) , data dictionary , and diagrams ER ( Entity Relationship ) . Charging information systems guest book is very helpful in a data processing and report generation guest data more efficiently .
