Art and culture in Riau Province is extremely diverse. However, some people still know the art and culture in Riau Province. Flash is a software that has the ability draw and manipulate animation, presentations and also the making of the game. This thesis discusses the introduction of art and culture province of Riau. For the design and manufacture of the application Introduction art and culture province of Riau using flash. The creation of this cultural arts recognition application using Adobe Flash CS4 Professional, where as for making using the design of multimedia namely Storyboards, Flowchart, and Strukur Navigation hierarchy. This application is executedusing a computer with the medium that is Adobe Flash Player. Application introduction of the cultural arts in this subsequent Riau Province is expected to be the means of education, promotion and information art and culture province of Riau. This application is also expected to add to the insight community about art and cultureprovince of Riau
