The information age or also known as the digital era or the era of computers made information as a resource which is very important. Many human activities related to information systems. One of the systems used are the payroll information system. The affected system should be good and right, because the salary is a component that is routinely given in organizing efforts and with regard to employee motivation as well as the smooth operations of the company.
Initial hospital Awal Bros Panam Pekanbaru is a private company which is engaged in the field of public health services. The activities of this company is to provide health services to the community of the city of Pekanbaru in particular and everybody in General, who need health care.
This final project aims to build information systems web-based payroll employees at the hospital Awal Bros Panam Pekanbaru. Payroll information system uses HTML and PHP programming language, where MySQL as a data storage medium, whereas in the design using a Flowchart, Diagram, chart a tiered Context, Data Flow diagrams, Data Dictionaries, and Entity Relationship Diagram. Payroll information systems used by the public and Department of human resources as the Admin Department and coordinator of the hospital Early Bros Panam Pekanbaru. The results of the writing of this final project is expected to build a better system than before and helps simplify employee payroll in the process.
