Abstract: This study aims to 1) To know the game of smart balls can improve the ability to speak 4-5 years old children in Harapan Mulia Family, Indrapuri Village, Tapung District. 2) To know the ability to speak 4-5 years old children in KB Harapan Mulia, Indrapuri Village, Tapung District can be improved through the game of smart balls. 3) To know the high percentage of ability to speak 4-5 years old children through ball games Smart in KB Harapan Mulia, Indrapuru Village, Tapung Sub-district, Kampar District. This type of research is class action. This study aims to find out the ball-ball game can improve the speaking ability of children aged 4-5 years in KB Hope Mulia, Indrapuri Village Tapung District, Kampar regency. The results of this study are expected to know the scientific and as a development of science in improving the ability to speak 4-5 years of age children through the game of smart balls in KB Hope Mulia village Indrapuri Tapung district, Kampar district. The subjects of this study are children of Harapan Mulia family of Indrapuri village, Tapung sub-district with a total of 15 children consisting of 7 women and 8 men. The results showed that 1) through the game of smart balls can improve the speaking ability of children aged 4-5 years in the KB Harapan Mulia village Indapuri Tapung district. 2) In the initial data obtained value of 42.49% with criteria begin to develop. After doing the improvement in cycle I in getting the value of 54.11% with the criteria evolved as expected (BSH) and in cycle II percentage of 79.3% with very good developing criteria (BSB). From observation result of growth aspect observed at initial data to cycle I percentage equal to 27,32% and increase percentage from cycle I to cycle II equal to 46,6%, so the percentage from initial data to cycle II is equal to 86,59%.
