Pengaruh Terpaan Akun Instagram @Zerowaste.Id_Official Dalam Mengampanyekan Gaya Hidup Nol Sampah Terhadap Sikap Ramah Lingkungan Followers
In a digital age like this, people always use social media to build a community of their users to interact and exchange ideas and the goal is to build relationships and loyalty to their users. Along with the rapid progress of the times, social media, especially Instagram, is not only used to share photos and videos to form self-existence, provide the latest information or run a business only but can also be used as a persuasive medium such as campaigning. One of the people who take advantage of online campaigns is the Zero Waste community Indonesia. The Zero Waste Indonesia Community is one of the environmental social movements that actively campaign for the environment regarding an online-based zero waste lifestyle using the @zerowaste.id_official account as a campaign media which aims to invite people to believe in the idealism of an environmentally friendly lifestyle, and to a social-environmental change for the future.
This research was also conducted with an explanative quantitative method with random sampling techniques and using the Slovin formula which got a total of 398 respondents. After distributing questionnaires via google form, researchers analyzed the data using the SPSS for windows application version 25.
Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the results of the coefficient value in this study are Y = 23.016 + 0.939 X. The constant number (a) is 23.016 and the coefficient of the Instagram @ zerowaste.id_official account's exposure variable is 0.939. Where, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance level of 0.000. If the level of significance is smaller than the stipulated significance of 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the exposure of the @ zerowaste.id¬_official Instagram account on the environmental friendly attitude of followers. The coefficient of determination or R square in this study is 40.7%, which shows that the influence of the @zerowaste.id_official Instagram account exposure in campaigning for a zero waste lifestyle on followers' environmental friendly attitudes is in the moderate category.
