ABSTRACT
Firm value is something that companies will has to scale up in tis time of the global
economy. This research aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance
and gender diversity on firm value with firm performance as an intervening variable
in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-
2019. The method used in this research is quantitative method with secondary data.
The samples are select by purposive sampling technique by choosing 26 companies
with selected criteria with total datas are 130 companies. Analysis technique used in
this research is path analysis bye Structural Equation Modeling based Partial Least
Square (SEM-PLS). This research show that good corporate governance and gender
diversity has effect on firm performance. Firm performance, good corporate
governance, and gender diversity has effect on firm value. Firm performance was
unable to mediate good corporate governance and gender diversity on firm value.
