ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and innovation on
the competitiveness of MSMEs.This study also aims to analyze the moderation
role of government policies from financial literacy and innovation to the
competitiveness of MSMEs.Data acquisition is done using questionnaire method
where researchers directly give some questions to respondents. The total sample
in this study was 100 MSMEs registered with the Office of Cooperatives and
MSMEs pekanbaru city. Data management techniques in this study using multiple
linear analysis methods and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 25.
The results of this study show that Financial Literacy and Innovation affect the
Competitiveness of MSMEs where with the application of good financial literacy
and innovation can always be done, it will increase the Competitiveness of
msmes.In addition, this study also found the results that government policy can
strengthen the relationship of Financial Literacy and Innovation to the
Competitiveness of MSMEs where government policy becomes a form of support
in MSMEs act to improve financial literacy and innovate in developing their
business.
