ABSTRACT :
This study aims to analyze the influence of Capital Readiness and
Utilization of E-Commerce on the competitiveness of MSMEs. This study also
aims to analyze the moderation role of Government Policy from Capital
Readiness and E-Commerce Utilization to MSME Competitiveness. The data
acquisition was done using questionnaire method where researchers directly gave
some questions to respondents. The total sample in this study was 78 MSME
actors registered with the Kampar District Cooperative and MSMEs Office. Data
management techniques in this study using multiple linear analysis methods and
Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 25.
The results of this study show that the readiness of capital and utilization
of E-Commerce affects the competitiveness of MSMEs where with strong capital
and good utilization of E-Commerce, it will increase the competitiveness of
msmes. In addition, this study also determined that the Government Policy
moderates the influence of Capital readiness and Utilization of E-Commerce on
the Competitiveness of MSMEs where the Government has also issued several
regulations to assist MSMEs in developing their business, especially in capital
and the use of E-Commerce.
