Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Dan Kinerja Organisasi (Studi Pada Opd Pemerintahan Kota/Kabupaten Di Wilayah Pesisir Utara Provinsi Riau)

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and
organizational commitment to the success of accounting information systems and
organizational performance. This research was conducted based on the findings of
problems related to the success of accounting information systems and organizational
performance. The population of this study is OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) of
the city/regency in the north coastal region of Riau Province. The sample selection in this
study used stratified random sampling proportionate and obtained the number of samples
as many as 104 OPD. The data analysis used in the study is Smart PLS, while the data
used is a questionnaire that has been filled out by each OPD. The results showed that 1)
organizational culture has an effect on the success of accounting information systems, 2)
organizational culture affects the performance of the organization, 3) organizational
commitment has no effect on the success of accounting information systems, 4)
organizational commitment has no effect on the performance of the organization, 5) the
success of accounting information systems affects the performance of the organization.
