Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penyerapan Anggaran Covid-19 Pada Pemerintah Provinsi Riau

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of regulation, budget
execution and the use of information technology on the absorption of the COVID-
19 budget. This research is classified as quantitative research. The population in
this study were 10 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of Riau Province.
The sample in this study used the Saturated Sampling method. The type of data
used in this study is primary data. The data collection technique used a
questionnaire consisting of 7-8 respondents in each OPD so that the total
questionnaires distributed were 73 questionnaires. The analytical method used is
Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25.00 program. The results
showed that the variables of budget execution and the use of information
technology had an effect on the absorption of the covid-19 budget, while the
regulatory variables had no effect on the absorption of the covid-19 budget.
