Pengaruh Good Governance Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa Dengan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Empiris Pada Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir)

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of
Transparency, Accountability, and Community Participation on Village Fund
Management. Besides that, there is the use of information technology which is
used as a mediator in the research model. The research was conduted ubu
villages in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study was 197 villages
in Indragiri Hilir Regency with a sample of 132 villages. The sampling method
used is stratified random sampling proportionally based on village index. One
way that can be used in processing data for analysis can be used software
Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS).
The research responde to the expected sample, obtained a value of 77,27%
as many as 102 villages. The results showed that there is an influence of
transparency (X1), accountability (X2), and community participation (X3) on
village fund management (Y). Transparency, accountability, and community
participation influence the management of village funds by utilizing information
technology as a moderation variable with sig. value < 0,05.
