This study aims to examine the effect of the competence of BMD
managers, internal control systems and information systems on the management
of regional property with leadership commitment as a moderating variable. The
population used in this study is the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in
the Pekanbaru City Government, totaling 44 OPD. Sample selection by
methodpurposive sampling with the Head of OPD, OPD Goods Manager and
SIMDA OPD Goods Operator as respondents. The data used are primary data
sourced from questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study used
the approach Partial Least Square (PLS) using the WarpPLS V.6.0.
The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the
competence system of BMD managers on the management of regional property,
there is an influence of the internal control system on the management of regional
property, there is an influence of the information system on the management of
regional property Leadership commitment is able to moderate connection the
competence of BMD managers to the management of regional property, the
leadership's commitment to be able to moderate the relationship between the
internal control system to the management of regional property and the
leadership's commitment to being able to moderate the relationship of the
information system to the management of regional property.
