This study aims to empirically examine the influence of leadership style
and the use of technology on the performance of the Pekanbaru City BLUD
Public Health Center. This study also aims to empirically test whether
accountability can moderate leadership style and the use of technology on the
performance of the Pekanbaru City BLUD Public Health Center. This research
was conducted using a survey method through a questionnaire. The sampling
technique used judgment sampling. The analytical technique used is multiple
linear regression analysis to examine the effect of leadership style and technology
utilization on the performance of the BLUD Health Center. Meanwhile, to test
accountability as a moderating variable using Moderated Regression Analysis
(MRA). The results of this study indicate that: first, leadership style affects the
performance of the BLUD Health Center. Second, the use of technology affects
the performance of the BLUD Health Center. Third, accountability does not
moderate the influence of leadership style on the performance BLUD health
Center. Fourth, accountability moderates the effect of using technology on the
performance of the BLUD Health Center.
