ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of top management support on the
success of accounting information systems, the influence of top management
support on organizational performance, the effect of human resource ability on
the success of accounting information systems, the effect of human resource
ability on organizational performance, the effect of the success of the accounting
information system on organizational performance.
The population of this research is OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) of the
city / regency government in the northern coastal area of Riau Province. The
sample selection in this study used the slovin formula to obtained a total sample
size of 104 OPDs. To determine the sample selected for each OPD, used a
proportional stratified random sampling technique.
The data analysis used in the study was Smart PLS, while the data used was a
questionnaire that had been filled in by each OPD. The results show that top
management support affects the success of accounting information systems, top
management support has no effect on organizational performance, human
resource ability affects the success of accounting information systems, human
resource ability has no effect on organizational performance, and the success of
accounting information systems affects organizational performance.
