Pengaruh Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat Dan Profesionalisme Terhadap Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (Studi Empiris Pada Desa-Desa Di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency,
community participation and professionalism on the performance of government
agencies. The population in this study is the village government located in
Rangsang District, Rangsang Pesisir District and Rangsang Barat District,
Meranti Islands Regency, amounting to 37 villages. This study uses purposive
sampling as a sampling technique. Data was collected through a survey by
distributing questionnaires, where the respondents were village officials, namely
the village head, village secretary, head of financial affairs and the BPD (Village
Consultative Agency) totaling 148 people. Analysis of the data used is the
classical assumption test, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of this study indicate that accountability, transparency,
community participation and professionalism affect the performance of
government agencies.
