ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of debt policy,
profitability, managerial ownership, institutional ownership on firm value. The
population in this study is the Transportation Sector and Investment Sector listed on
the 2016-2018 BEI. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method, the
population of this study was 102 with a sample of 34 companies. The method used in
this research is descriptive descriptive method using secondary data obtained from
annual reports and company financial statements.
The results of this hypothesis test using the t statistical test showed a
significant value of the debt policy variable 0.007 < 0.05 which means H1 is
accepted, the variable significant profitability value is 0.006 < 0.05 which means H2
is accepted, the variable value is significant managerial ownership 0.000 < 0.05 H3 is
accepted, the significant value of the institutional ownership variable is 0.000
