ABSTRACT
This research aims to test and analyze the influence of transparency,
community participation, village apparatus competence, and regulatory
understanding of accountability of village fund management in Padang Pariaman
Regency. This type of research is a quantitative research survey method. The
population used in this study is the entire village in Padang Pariaman Regency
which numbers 103 villages. The sample used in this study was the village with
the highest budget in each sub-district in Padang Pariaman Regency, which is as
many as 17 villages. Respondents in this study were the village head, village
secretary, finance kaur, government, planning kaur and administrative and
general administration. So that the total respondents in this study amounted to
102 respondents. The data analysis in this study was conducted with a multiple
linear regression model with the SPSS program. The results showed that
transparency, community participation, village apparatus competence, and
regulatory understanding significantly affected the accountability of village fund
management.
