Ferroelectric material is a dielectric material that can be made in the form of to
thin films. Barium Titanat (BaTiO3) is a basic ferroelectric component material
which made in the form of thin film. Barium Titanat can be doped with Zr and
shape in thin films with formula (BaZr0,1Ti,9O3). These thin film of Barium
Zirconium Titanat (BaZr0,1Ti,9O3) has successfully made using sol gel method as a
function of temperature. BZT materials are important material that is very
attracted material in research because of high dielectric. The thin film was
deposited onto glass substrate that assisted by spin coating with speed of 3000
rpm for 30 seconds. The growth of thise thin film was made by variying the
annealing temperature of 600⁰C and 650⁰C for 1 hour. The thin films of
BaZr0,1Ti0,9O3 was annalized using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD, the particle size of
the sample was determined using Scherrer formula. The crystalize size of the
sample is affected by the annealing. Moreover, the X-Ray Diffraction results
show that the crystal structure of the sample is tetragonal, that has a lattice
parameters of a = b = 4,03 Å c = 4,08 .
