This research aims to describe the influence of the principal's leadership function and altruism in the teacher working group (KKG) on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The type of research used in this research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. This research was carried out in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The research subjects were 181 elementary school teachers. To analyze the research data, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression were used.
Based on the research results, it is known that there is a significant influence of the leadership function of school principals on teacher performance in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency.
