Pengaruh Literasi Digital dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru TK Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak
This research aims to analyze and research the influence of digital literacy and work discipline on teachers' pedagogical competence. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of field research. The technique in this research was carried out to analyze the influence of two independent variables, namely digital literacy (X1), work discipline (X2), on one dependent variable, namely teacher pedagogical competence (Y). The population in this study was all 225 kindergarten teachers in Tualang District, Siak Regency, the research sample was 144 teachers in kindergartens in Tualang District, Siak Regency.
The research results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between digital literacy variables on the pedagogical competence of kindergarten teachers in Tualang District, Siak Regency, and the magnitude of the influence was 91.6%. The significant and positive influence of the work discipline variable on the pedagogical competence of kindergarten teachers in Tualang District, Siak Regency and the magnitude of the influence is 7.9%, and the significant and positive influence of the digital literacy and work discipline variables on the pedagogical competence of teachers and the magnitude of the influence is 92.2%.
