Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the influence of variables (1) work motivation on pedagogical competence, (2) academic supervision on pedagogical competence, (3) work motivation and academic supervision of school principals on the pedagogical competence of public elementary school teachers in Payung Sekaki Sub-district, Pekanbaru City. This type of quantitative research with the method used in this research is a survey method with correlational techniques (correllational research), namely research that aims to determine the relationship between one variable and another variable. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires (work motivation and academic supervision of school principals), teacher pedagogical competence variables from PKG scores based on pedagogical competence scores taken from their performance.
The results of this study indicate the influence of work motivation on teacher pedagogical competence, the results of partial hypothesis testing show that the significant value of 0.009 t_table = 3.344>1.978, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that partially there is a significant influence between work motivation variables on the Pedagogical Competence of Teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. There is an influence of the principal's academic supervision on the teacher's pedagogical competence, the partial hypothesis test results show that the significant value is 0.000
