Pengaruh Konsep Diri Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Optimisme Guru SD Kecamatan Pelalawan
Optimism gives humans the ability to see the colors of life become more beautiful, because they have the ability to observe all things with a new light and power. An optimistic teacher's way of thinking will place difficulties or obstacles as challenges. Limited study hours, changing curricula and textbooks, or limited finances actually become challenges to be circumvented, overcome, faced, and resolved. Just complaining and demanding that other parties provide facilities or convenience is far from the essence of a teacher who should act to solve problems.
In reality, someone who has problems in their life, some are able to solve them well, but there are also those who cannot solve them well. For someone who is unable to solve their problems well, it will definitely affect whatever they do. This influences the attitude of optimism for the future in their work regarding the problems they face. Teachers who can carry out their roles and functions well will be respected and become role models for students and colleagues. On the other hand, teachers who cannot carry out their roles and functions well will become a source of problems for the educational institutions where they work.
