The advances in internet technology have brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the management of attendance administration. Indragiri Hulu District Police, which still uses manual attendance methods, faces a number of challenges. The data recapitulation process takes a long time, the risk of losing physical documents is high, and data is often inaccurate due to recording errors. These challenges hamper operational efficiency and the reliability of attendance information. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design and implement a web-based online attendance application that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This application is designed to record attendance more accurately, transparently, and efficiently. This system utilizes web technology with various features, including adding, deleting, changing, storing attendance data, as well as recapitulating and printing reports automatically. The technologies used include PHP programming language and MySQL database management. The system is designed not only to improve administrative efficiency, but also to support the modernization of information systems and provide convenience for management in monitoring personnel attendance in real-time. Practical benefits offered include ease of attendance for field officers without location restrictions, reduced risk of data manipulation, and accelerated recapitulation process. With this system, the attendance data generated is more valid and reliable, supporting transparency and accountability in managing attendance administration. This application is also expected to be a strategic solution in supporting digital transformation in the Indragiri Hulu District Police environment. This research makes a real contribution in creating a more modern and efficient system, while answering the challenges of the digitalization era. Thus, the implementation of this web-based online attendance application is expected to be a relevant model for other institutions in improving the quality of their administrative management.
