Hubungan Intensitas Bermain Game Online Dengan Interaksi Komunitas Arknights Indonesia (Akid) Pekanbaru

In the development of gaming, in the context of online game viewers and players, it is not new for players to mimic or adopt the way of dressing, hairstyle, language or even movements of the characters they like. There’s a process by which players begin to adopt behaviours from the media they consume. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of interaction between community members and what kind of relationship the intensity of playing online games has with the interaction of its members. This research was conducted with a correlational quantitative approach while using census sampling technique. In this study, researchers took 39 members of the AKID Pekanbaru Community as subjects. Through the correlational test, it was found that the relationship between the intensity of playing online games and the interaction of the AKID Pekanbaru Community was significant. The correlation value is 0.512 with the category of moderate relationship strength with a positive relationship direction. The results of hypothesis testing obtained in the form of a t value of 5.499 and a significance value of 0.000. Because the value of t count (5.466) > t table (2.021) and sig value 0.000
